Porn is the only industry basically where racial discrimination in the work place is wide out in the open and occurs daily & the government could care less. It’s a true eye opener to the fact that the nature of your job can invalidate EOE, & it’s sad that organizations like the NAACP feel that we adult film stars (even in a legal form of employment) are not black enough to be represented and our rights protected.

between black females and males there is much contrast to the type of discrimination we face, but we both face it and daily. It’s a sad state of affairs and I dare say in any other industry lawsuits would had done already been filed for racial discrimination in the work place.

Imagine going to work and being told you are getting paid less then the girl next to you because you are black.

Imagine going to work and being told you can’t work today because your co-worker refuses to work with black people.

now imagine going to work an d being told you have to work with that person that 6 months ago said they wouldn’t work with you because you were black or you can go home and loose your money.
